As we welcome 2020, we thought we would share with our clients some success stories from 2019. Despite the divisive political climate last year, Farrbury Capital remained heavily involved in raising capital for both development operations and land acquisitions, with the total GDV of the projects amounting to just over £400 million. All developers Farrbury Capital work with are classed as national house builders with an extensive track record of delivering some of the most innovative and essential projects in the UK.
All land and developments dealt with are spread throughout the UK, with the three largest projects of 2019 being based in Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle. These are briefly outlined below.
